We work on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Along side the property management we have a services company, that can assist with any problems your property may encounter.
Accompanied Viewings - Tenancy Agreements - Rent Collection - Deposit Registration - Photo and video Inventories - First inspection after 3 months, then every 6 months thereafter. Tenant find cost £TBC We are flexible and we like to discuss prices with out landlords directly.

Once settled on a particular property you wish to rent, we will ask you to complete our easy to use Application Form and pay the tenant admin fee.
We will process your applcation form , take up references, credit and ID checks.
This will usually mean contacting your employer, current or previous Landlord and someone to give you a character reference. We will also carry out a credit search, using an independent referencing company.
Should we decide a guarantor is required before a tenancy can be granted; the same process of referencing will apply to the guarantor who must also be a homeowner.
If your application is approved, a moving in date will be decided and we will require a £200 Holding Deposit which will be deducted from the first months rent.
Required every 12 months.
